What Can You Expect?
We provide home inspections and radon testing for homes in most areas of north central Indiana. We perform on-site computerized reports along with photos with a listing of any deficiencies on the property. You will receive the complete inspection report usually within 24 hours.
You may elect to be present for the home inspection. A typical home inspection is approximately a 3-4 hour process based on the size and condition of the home. You are encouraged to attend the summary overview at the end of the inspection period. The summary review period usually takes around 30-60 minutes.
If you are unable to attend the inspection summary review, we can email the report(s) to you and also to your realtor upon written request. Our professional inspectors will give you an unbiased evaluation of the home and provide the information you need to know in a prompt and courteous manner.
